At Luvezia, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
Returns will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition.
- All tags and labels are intact and attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been altered, tailored, or customized.
Items purchased from sale collections are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for return or refund regardless of sale status.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@luvezia.com within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and duties, if applicable.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to receive and process your return once it has been shipped back. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
